Is High Speed Internet Access priced per device?
Yes. 3mbps, 5mbps and 10mbps HSIA packages are priced per device only. Wired internet connections are also priced per each individual wired drop.
How much High Speed Internet Bandwidth do I need for my booth?
Refer to the Internet bandwidth chart located in the HSIA package bundle: Encore Internet Use Case Chart
I've purchased High Speed Internet but do not know what my Access Code is. How do I find this information?
HSIA Access Codes will be provided by the Encore team at the hotel or venue the event is taking place.
How much Electrical Amperage (power) do I need for my booth?
Refer to the Power chart located in the Electrical package bundle: Encore Power Chart
Does my Electrical package come with an extension cord and a six-plug power strip?
Yes, all Electrical packages come with (1) extension cord and (1) six-plug power strip.
What if I have complex Power requirements for my booth?
Any complex Power requests above 20amp single phase will require a consultation with an Encore salesperson. Reach out to the Encore team at the hotel or venue where the event is taking place for recommendations and a proposal.
What if I can't find the size Monitor I am looking for?
If you do not see the exact size monitor you are requesting for your upcoming event, reach out to the Encore team at the hotel or venue where the event is taking place
What is the best method to display content on my Monitor?
It is always recommended that you use a laptop computer or media player to present content. Monitors provided may or may not be equipped with USB capabilities
I want to mount a Monitor to my exhibit booth. Does Encore allow for wall mounting?
Reach out to the Encore team at the hotel/venue where the event is taking place for confirmation of wall mounting capabilities
Does the Monitor stand I rented come with a laptop shelf?
Monitors less than 40" include a tabletop stand only. Monitors above 40" will include a Monitor Post Stand but may not include a laptop shelf. Reach out to the Encore team at the hotel or venue where the event is taking place to confirm shelf availability

When will I receive my order confirmation?
Upon finalizing your order, you will receive a confirmation email which will indicate that your credit card has been preauthorized
When will my Credit Card be charged?
Encore will charge your Credit Card (1) day prior to your event start date. You will also receive an invoice at that time
I haven't received my invoice. Where can I find it?
You can locate for your past invoice(s) under your "Account": Customer - How to Find and Print Invoices
What if I need to edit my order?
For events that are starting greater than two business days from today, you can edit your order through your Account: EventNow Account . For events that are less than two business days from today, reach out to the Encore team at the hotel or venue the event is taking place for availability and confirmation
What if I need to cancel my order?

What if I'm Tax Exempt?
Prior to placing an order in EventNow, please contact the Encore Exhibitor Customer Support team via chat, email at eventnowsupport@encoreglobalmail.com or by phone at (800) 966-4498. Once Tax Exemption status is confirmed by our Corporate Tax department, you will be able to purchase on EventNow with taxes removed. Approval process can take up to 48 hours for completion
Can I pay for my purchase via Wire Transfer (ACH) or Check?
Wire Transfers (ACH) or check payments can only be accepted by the Encore team at the hotel or venue the event is taking place and cannot be submitted online

I'm trying to place an order for an upcoming event and I can't find my show, what are my options?
The best way to search for an upcoming event is by "keyword". For instance, "Widgets Show 2025" can by found by entering the partial show name "Widget". If you have searched by multiple keywords and still do not find your upcoming event, please contact the Encore Exhibitor Customer Support team via chat, email at eventnowsupport@encoreglobalmail.com or by phone at (800) 966-4498
I'm looking for a product for an upcoming event and I do not see what I'm looking for. What are my options?
Product offerings, options and availability is determined by each Encore venue and/or Encore Show. During the ordering process, the website is asking me for the exhibit room location and booth number. What do I do if I don't have this information?
If you do not know the room where the exhibit event is taking place and/or if you do not have your booth number, you can simply state "TBD"
